What we don't do

• No accounts or passwords.
• We don't store IP addresses. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way hash of it that can't be turned back into your IP.
• No advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.
• We never sell or share your data with advertisers.
• No camera, microphone, contacts or precise location.

What we keep

• Visit counts per menu and per day.
• Radio usage: device type, OS and browser, where the visit came from, approximate country/region/city (from Cloudflare, no IP), language, screen size, time open and listening, and stations played. Stored under a random per-visit id and deleted after 4 months.
• Game leaderboards: the name or nickname you type (up to 12 letters) and your score, shown to other players for the month. Please use a nickname.
• Restaurant offers: your phone number, only if you opt in. Reply "STOP" or "BAJA" anytime to opt out.
• Contact and sign-up forms: what you write (including menu photos), to reply and build your menu.
• On your own device only: radio settings, alarm, best score and the name you used.

Menu photos and AI

Menu photos uploaded at /empezar/ are read by Cloudflare Workers AI only to turn your dishes and prices into text. They are not used to train models.

Cookies

Visitors get no cookies. Only people who sign in with an access code (site and restaurant owners) get one strictly necessary cookie.

Retention

Radio usage: 4 months. Contact messages and sign-ups: up to 2 years after last contact. Offer phone numbers: until you opt out. Game scores: while the restaurant's leaderboard exists, or until you ask us to delete them.

Children

The games suit all ages, but the site and apps are not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. Ask us and we'll delete a child's leaderboard name.
